Sonnet Software is the developer of the industry's most rigorously validated 3D planar electromagnetic (EM) simulation technology for the analysis of RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave structures. Sonnet provides highly accurate EM modeling of transmission lines, coupled lines, spiral inductors, MIM capacitors, vias, interconnects, filters, antennas, and other complex planar structures implemented on layered dielectric substrates.

Widely recognized as the reference standard for MMIC passive component analysis, Sonnet is the only electromagnetic solver used directly within the Process Design Kit (PDK) validation flows of leading III-V semiconductor foundries, including WIN Semiconductors, OMMIC, and UMS.
